Shipping policy

 

At Yamamah Studio, every piece is made to order. We do not keep stock, as we aim to avoid mass production and preserve the handcrafted nature of each design. Each piece is carefully created after your order is placed.

The estimated delivery time, including production and shipping, is usually 2–3 weeks, depending on the piece and the destination.

If a longer production or delivery time is required, we will notify you by email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (Turkey)
Orders within Turkey are shipped via Aras Kargo or PTT.

International Shipping
International orders may be shipped via PTT, DHL, Aramex, or other available international carriers, depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider, customs procedures, and location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
