Refund policy


Returns 

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order, you must send the notice before this deadline expires. 

As each Yamamah Studio piece is handmade, small variations in texture, color, or shape may occur. These differences are part of the artisanal nature of the product and are not considered defects.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn and unused

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase must be provided

Wait for email approval on return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To request a return, please contact us at hello@yamamah.studio

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@yamamah.studio.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired piece.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage.
