SHIPPING & RETURNS

MADE TO ORDER

At Yamamah Studio, every piece is made to order. We do not keep stock, as we aim to avoid mass production and preserve the handcrafted nature of each design.

Each piece is carefully created after your order is placed.

The estimated delivery time, including production and shipping, is usually 2–3 weeks, depending on the piece and the destination.

If a longer production or delivery time is required, we will notify you by email once your order has been processed.

Because every piece is handcrafted individually, slight variations may occur, making each item unique.

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping (Turkey)
Orders within Turkey are shipped via Aras Kargo or PTT.

International Shipping
International orders may be shipped via PTT, DHL, Aramex, or other available international carriers, depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider, customs procedures, and location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 7 days of receiving your order.

As each Yamamah Studio piece is handmade, small variations in texture, color, or shape may occur. These differences are part of the artisanal nature of the product and are not considered defects.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired piece.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage.
